Everett ADU

Tim and Kathy were looking for additional living quarters to house parents and grown children… or to become their Bay Area home away from their mountain home. The goal was for two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while staying within the Palo Alto 800 SF requirement. The result is a comfortable modern, naturally well lit space, with easy access to an outdoor deck... and plenty of storage above, accessed with a pull down stair.
