Sandberg Sky House

Christine was looking to utilize her large backyard for a little supplemental income. The Sky House is built on a bluff, taking advantage of the valley views below. An inviting porch and entry provide an appropriate indoor/outdoor transition. The great room includes high windows, allowing soft Northern light to illuminate the space. Christine’s original plan was to rent this home, but as construction neared completion, she decided to move in and rent her primary residence.
