West Elsmere Cottage

Peter and Susie were looking for a new space to support frequent overnight guests and their passion to entertain. West Elsmere is an existing garage with a cottage addition behind and above. The cottage nests into a large outside deck, part of a major remodel of the main house. The stair rises at an angle, bringing energy into the living area. A full window facade provides a strong visual connection to the outdoors. A powder room tucked next to the stairs provides a convenient pit stop for backyard guests.
