Windsor Garage & Tree House

Pat was looking to add a second home to her steep hillside lot… the existing home accessible from the road above and the new garage / cottage from the street below… residents unaware of neighbors nearby. The resulting design is a modern home perched among several beautiful oaks with plenty of light and easy access to a wrap around deck. Breaking ground summer of 2024.
